[OpenSIPS-Devel] [OpenSIPS-Users] [RELEASE] OpenSIPS 3.1.2 and 2.4.10 minor releases planning

Hi, everyone!

As planned, we have released two new OpenSIPS minor releases: 3.1.2 and 
2.4.10. They only contain bug fixes, so you should be able to update 
without any migration.
