  b2b_entities: b2be_list MI: supress unprintable params

When the params is not printable (such as the ones created by
media_exchange or siprec modules), the output becomes corrupted,
resulting in bad output. Instead, we shall no longer print those params,
to make sure the entire list is displayed.
