  cachedb URLs: Complete commit 887f9f0e032

    * do not parse "schema://host:port/" as "" database (keep it NULL)
      (otherwise, this breaks Redis)
    * do not treat similar URLs with differing options as the same URL
    * pkg_free() the options chunks at shutdown
