[OpenSIPS-Devel] support missing for flag loop-protect in module rtpengine

Hi,
i was having issue regarding rtpengien packet droping due to call looping
and foudn that new version of rtpengine had added flag loop-protect  for
handling rewriting of sdp twice.
Also in opensips's rtpemgine module file loop-protect flag details are
given but when used this flag in config file i got below given error.

Oct  2 13:13:14 195 /usr/local/sbin/opensips[179696]:
ERROR:rtpengine:parse_flags: error processing flag `loop-protect': unknown
flag

so to solve this issue i have made one change in module rtpengine file
rtpengine.c
DIFF

I have tested this in opensips version 2.2 and same is not given in latest
version 2.4.
so i suggest to add support of this flag in opensips. i hope i was helpful.
