[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] Make s.int also operate on floats/doubles by truncating them to an int (#836)

My only question would be how should completely bogus input be handled (say the letter 'Z', with no numbers). It will return a -1 and set the int to 0, which would be the same result as the input '0.1231'. Should they be differentiated at script level?
