I'm getting the same error in opensips-2.1.1 from CentOS 7 repository:

Jan 19 18:31:43 [20] CRITICAL:db_mysql:db_mysql_submit_query: too many mysql server reconnection failures
Jan 19 18:31:43 [20] ERROR:core:db_do_update: error while submitting query
Jan 19 18:31:43 [20] ERROR:presence:update_presentity: updating published info in database
Jan 19 18:31:43 [20] CRITICAL:presence:update_presentity:
>>> pkg_free() on non-pkg ptr 0x7f825d7734c0 - aborting!

It seems you have hit a programming bug.
