Hi Bogdan,

I can reproduce the duplicate error.
Set usrloc time_interval=15 and execute
>sipp -sf duplicate-scenario.xml -inf register-scenario.csv 149.132.5.117 -m 100
[duplicate-scenario.xml.txt](https://github.com/OpenSIPS/opensips/files/132062/duplicate-scenario.xml.txt)
[Uploading register-scenario.csv.txt…]()

You should find that memory and DB are not synchronized
