[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] Improper MYSQL column type (last_attempt) for Clusterer (#699)

ERROR:clusterer:load_info: column last_attempt has a bad type [1/0]

Current scripts sql for clusterer adds:
| last_attempt    | bigint(64) unsigned | NO   |     | 0       |                |

Changing bigint to standard Integer allows the clusterer module to start.
