[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] rtpengine module randomly sending wrong SIP response (#433)

Turns out using $var() in reply-route for the parameters to the rtpengine_answer() function was the whole problem.

The fact that it worked intermittently was odd.  Closing issue, but still plan on cleaning up the rtpengine.c code later on.
