[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] [Core] invalid check on allowed routes (#563)

The checking for which functions are allowed in certain types of routes is broken as it fails to perform a valid check over the sub-routes (named routes). 
The check cannot be performed at script parsing, but needs to be done after, by walking and following all the routes and sub-routes.
