[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] Preserve username part in B2B Contact. (#725)

In B2B Topology hidding, OpenSIPS regenerates the Contact header before sending it off to the "B" side. However, the username part of the B2B Contact is dropped completely.

Required is at least an option for retaining the username part in the B2B Contact.
