[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] Silently disable GLIBC-specific features if we are not on Linux (unbrear modules on FreeBSD) (#718)

Please wrap GLIBC-specific stuff into proper ifdefs. This just breaks modules build on the FreeBSD currently. Thanks!
