[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] event_rabbitmq always generates warning (#490)

modparam set to 30:
modparam("event_rabbitmq", "heartbeat", 30)
    /sbin/opensips[26554]: WARNING:event_rabbitmq:mod_init: heartbeat is enabled for [30] seconds

Modparam not set:
WARNING:event_rabbitmq:mod_init: heartbeat is disabled according to the modparam configuration

One of these needs not to be a warning, i think the one when heartbeat is set.
