[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] purposefully crash opensips (#465)

Hi, feature request from me.

I would like to deterministically crash opensips with a mi command.

This is very useful to have when hardening production environments etc.

A simple kill of the PID could work, but I would like some more because a lot of people (me included) will have incident reporting set up for their log systems etc as well.
