[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] Allow TCP without transport=tcp header (#420)

@olivermt , I did some tests and come up with a simple fix for the force_send_socket() - if the RURI does not contain any proto indication, the proto will be taken from the forced socket. See the patch:
