[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] Runtime Errors Should Include Filename (#299)

@bogdan-iancu, long delay here, but have been testing out the patch (applied to a 1.11 source tree) and all is working well. The filename makes debugging a lot easier, thanks!
