[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] Allow pulling statistics from script logic (#362)

Hey Bogdan, 
The docs don't really indicate how to use $stat to pull those variables.

How does it work today? Does this work:
$stat(load:1.2.3.4:5060-load) ?

Since this is specific to the child making the call, I'm not sure how to dynamically indicate that. Almost need something like:
$stat(load:$Ri:$Rp-load) ?
