[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] Core dump at db_unixodbc (#270)

It seems the patch was incomplete - it led to a double free() because I was not zeroing a freed pointer. On top of that, I've done a partial rework of the internal logic in 683dfaa63.

It would be great if you could test it out as well (it behaved nicely on my setup). If anything goes wrong, feel free to re-open this. Thanks!
