[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] drouting limits prefixes to digits 0-9 only (#339)

I was comparing it to OpenSER's LCR module, which I previously used for this sort of routing. Alphanumeric is only out of the scope if DR is intended to be used only with telephone numbers. It a powerful feature to be able to use non-numeric prefixes and such. I guess I will just keep locally patching our OpenSIPS upgrades because it's a feature we are now using :)
