[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] dispatcher: broken max results in multilist mode (#359)

I still think that it would be better to set the 'flags' and the 'max results' params separately.
It will make the upgrade path easier from 1.11->2.1 (no need to construct fancy strings for passing flags and max results.
