[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] PUBLISH requests with no reason and body (#241)

@achalkov , I see the pua module allows (via API) the sending of PUBLISHes without body (not sure what is the meaning). In the pua_dialoginfo module, the body is built by build_dialoginfo() and it is tested not to be NULL.
Can you reproduce this somehow ?
