Thank you for your remark. You're right. I've fixed this also in
opensips.spec.CentOS and I've added dependency in main opensips.spec
(fedora directory) used for yum.opensips.org .

Now we have two specs for rhel.
First one is opensips.spec.CentOS - it's dirty with no dependencies at all
(subpackages are not dependencies), but for building all modules.
Second one is opensips.spec used for yum.opensips.org, it's clean and
pretty, but it build's not all modules because some modules requires things
which don't have rpms.

In my opinion we should patch opensips.spec used for yum.opensips.org to
build everything, but using defines. And we should remove
opensips.spec.CentOS and we should not support two specs.
