[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] Set the dialog lifetime before running the callbacks. (#74)

Currently the lifetime is no longer used by any dialog callbacks. However, for further modules that might change the lifetime, we'll have to design a model for ordering the callbacks (i.e. use a priority when registering a callback, or create separate callbacks: for modules that might alter the dialog information).
