[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] CSeq header handling in mediaproxy (#165)

The pseudo-variable $cs seems to work.
When in debug mode, it print the line: DEBUG:core:get_hdr_field: cseq <CSeq>: <2> <INVITE>
$cs value is '2', $hdr(cseq) value is '2 INVITE', and the sip line is 'CSeq:2 INVITE'.
