[OpenSIPS-Devel] run opensips in docker container

Hi chow,

You did not specify a script file with the "-f" option. By default, 
"PREFIX/etc/opensips/opensips.cfg" is tried (default 
/usr/local/etc/opensips/opensips.cfg).
Please check your syslog file for relevant startup errors.
