[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] [master] avp_add_last() function (#383)

avp_insert() function [1] allows you to insert an AVP at a specific index. For indexes out of the Stack bound, it adds the AVP at the end beginning of the stack. This is the exact functionality as requested by this feature. Closing it.
