[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] Loading a db_text file with one unterminated line causes crash (#308)

I've replicated this exact crash on 1.11. I've also found out that if a space char (0x20) is added at the end, although the column line is still missing the ending newline, OpenSIPS reports this as an error and shuts down.
