[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] usrloc: E_UL_AOR_DELETE enhancement (#250)

All the E_UL_CONTACT_* events should carry the aor (to know which AOR was updated).
Also, The _UPDATE event should carry the previous contact and/or the previous received field (if it's not the same). This will allow detection of SIP UA that are behind routers with multiple WAN connections.
