[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] Dispatcher ds_select_* algorithm 9 not working (#300)

Algorithm 9 does not work if the pattern contains a $var(). Because the parsing of the pseudo-variable is done in shared memory, some processes end up accessing dangling private pointers from other processes.
