[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] advertised_address not used with contact header in topology_hiding in dialog (#297)

When setup behind a NAT and the contact header is re-written using topology_hiding function in the dialog module with the U parameter it replaces it with the listening IP address, not the external address.

U - Propagate the Username in the Contact header URI.

It would be much better if this could be replaced by the advertised_address, if this has been provided rather than the internal/listening address.
