[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] MSILO doesn't clean messages in db (#291)

Latest opensips 1.11 git.

How to reproduce:
we're sending 100 MESSAGES and save them with m_store().
Then we resent them to user with m_dump().
For each message I see "message <%d> was sent successfully" in logs when receive 200 OK.

When cleaning timer starts, I see only ONE "cleaning sent message [%d]" for ONE cleaning timer run.
So, 100 MESSAGES want to clean 100 timer runs.
