[OpenSIPS-Devel] eyeBeam NAT ping packets

The eyeBeam dummy packet is not that dummy.
It's a 4 byte packet: CRLFCRLF.
This is just like the TCP ping packet.
We could reply with CRLF, as Saul suggested.
