[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] No DNS-based failover on locally generated requests (#140)

DNS-based failover (SRV) doesn't work on locally generated requests, including B2BUA topology hiding and REGISTER attempts from uac_registrant.  

To my untrained eyes it looks like this happens because there is no proxy structure associated with locally generated requests (via t_uac).
