Summary: sipcapture segfault

Initial Comment:
The server is doing only sip_capture where packets are getting to it from captagent.
I've used opensips 1.8.0 and 1.8.1 on multiple servers all with the same result.
Also used older captagent and current captagent.
Attached back trace, opensips config, startup cmd, system info, and debug logs tail. All IPs replaced with private IPs. All original IPs were public IPs.

The fix is available on SVN trunk, see revision 9445 :
          http://opensips.svn.sourceforge.net/opensips/?rev=9445&view=rev

After some extensive testing, the fix will be backported to 1.8 and 1.7 .
