[OpenSIPS-Devel] Problem compiling OpenSIPS 1.9 Rev.9788

OK, after doing several tests scenarios, it appears that problem occurs
only when I enable SCTP support, either or both of following,

SCTP=1 in Makefile
DEFS+= -DUSE_SCTP in Makefile.conf

So seems like SCTP support is broken right now in latest revision 9788 of
1.9.

Same flags enabled and work fine in older revision 9421 of 1.8.
