- NEW! Added scripting locks in the cfgutils module. They come in two flavors:
- "static locks" are manipulated with the {get,release}_static_lock functions.         
- "dynamic locks", which are bound to the {get,release}_dynamic_lock set of functions.   

Each class of locks has its own scenario of use. Refer to the updated module documentation for details.
