Summary: B2BLOGIC on multihomed host

Initial Comment:
When b2blogic forwards request, it changes from host and contact host to opensips own ip.

Packet goes from internal to external interface.
If I do force_send_socket(external ip) before b2b_init_request("top hiding"), it changes contact and from hosts to internal ip, but should change to external.
