If i set for example:
modparam("b2b_entities", "b2b_key_prefix", "TEST")
OpenSIPS gives an error on startup:
ERROR:b2b_entities:b2b_entities_restore: Wrong format for b2b key [B2B.367.256]

If i set:
modparam("b2b_entities", "b2b_key_prefix", "B2B")
or remove this setting OpenSIPS starts without the error.

Message:
Hello,

At startup, OpenSIPS tries to re-load the entities from the database. In
your case, the DB still has some entities with the old prefix, B2B, which
cannot be loaded, as the prefix differs from your new prefix, 'TEST'.

If you want to change the prefix, please first remove all your old entities
from the DB.
