[OpenSIPS-Devel] opensips error

Hi,

What OS is this on ?
It seems to be something related to OS permissions, and not OpenSIPS on 
it's own, judging by the error message.
Do you happen to have SELINUX enabled ? If yes, try to disable it and 
try again.
