Summary: Drouting should support multiple prefix matching

Initial Comment:
As per our discussions on IRC, drouting should lookup not only the longest matching prefix, but also any shower prefixes which also match. 

This should be done on the initial do_routing() call with duplicate gateways removed but the order of gateways preserved based on longest prefix.

All other logic should function as is, including next_routing() which would be unaware of any changes, except that the list of available gateways now includes
those which have shower prefixes.
