Summary: Support for PVAL in the pattern param of check_addr

Initial Comment:
The feature requested is the support of PVAL (Pseudo Variables) in the field pattern in the command check_source_address and check_addr exported by the permissions module. The new feature will be useful for handling requests from the same IP with different prefixes.
