Hi Ovidiu,

A quick question, what is DLG_CONFIRMED state? Is that when the call
has been answered and a 200OK/ACK exchanged? We've seen an issue with
the B2BUA module where in the middle of a re-invite a bridging attempt
will cause the the B2BUA to send a Cancel to the caller, and send
another re-invite which leads to unpredictable consequences on the the
UAC.
