Summary: avp_delete doc mistake

Initial Comment:
avpops module doc says:

" avp_delete(name)
Deletes from memory the AVPs with name or, if empty, all AVPs. "

However running opensips disagrees:

"ERROR:avpops:fixup_delete_avp: bad param - expected : $avp(name), *, s or i value"

So to delete all avps, "*" is needed, not an empty parameter.
