Initial Comment:
Tracker item #2956739 is not fully resolved in 1.6.2.  It appears that only half of the patch was applied.  I see the same symptoms as listed here (https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2956739&group_id=232389&atid=1086410) when running 1.6.2.  The attached patch fully resolves the issue.
