In the same spirit as ID: 2886450, I have patched rad_avp_add to check if values should be converted to another format before being sent to radius. This allows for things such as:

modparam("acc", "aaa_extra",    "Sip-Source-IP-Address=$si; \
                                 Sip-Source-Port=$sp")
