Initial Comment:
The changes put in nat_traversal.c did not quite stop opensips from crashing when the module is loaded and the b2bua is used.  I think a return statement is probably also needed.  This incompatibility should probably be mentioned in the b2bua and nat_traversal docs.  I don't think it's unreasonable for a person to believe that top hiding would be a good fit with natted clients.
