[OpenSIPS-Devel] carrierrooute module for opensips control panel

Hi,

I would like to help in the development of the carrierroute module for
opensips control panel web interface
Seems that every module needs to have certain structure, something like

modulename/
|-- apply_changes.php
|-- images
|-- index.php
|-- lib
|-- settings.php
|-- style
|-- template
`-- tool.name

is this structure mandatory? Does the project uses certain IDE?  I'm a
PHP beginner (but have my share of battles on webapps development) so
any tips or coding insight will be helpfull.
