Summary: Crash at MI Command

Initial Comment:
Hi,

When we run dlg_list mi command with just Callid then it Crash.
We find in Module docs. We can use just Callid. From tag is optional. But when we try using Callid it Crash.

We also find that in match_downstream_dialog function check callid and ftags. when we give just Callid then it is NULL.
I think in that function we should check is it NULL or not.
