Summary: Enhance drouting error messages

Initial Comment:
During the initialization of the drouting module, error checking is performed.
If there is a failure during this checking, the following message is produced:

"ERROR:drouting:dr_load_routing_info: bad colum type".  

This patch changes the error message to:

"ERROR:drouting:dr_load_routing_info: column ROUTE_ID has a bad type".

Message:
The second part of this problem is the the MySQL column type for the
dr_rules.routeid column is set to char(255), yet the doc at:
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/devel/drouting.html shows the
column defined as an integer.
