[OpenSIPS-Devel] [RELEASE] OpenSIPS 1.6.4 major release is out

Dear Bogdan,

Great the 1.6.4 release is out. I tried to compile a debian deb file on
amd64 testing. The script ended in an error, also on an other (clean) debian
testing amd64 server.

http://opensips.org/pub/opensips/latest/src/opensips-1.6.4-notls_src.tar.gz
tar xfzvv opensips-1.6.4-notls_src.tar.gz
cd opensips-1.6.4-notls
make proper
make deb

the script stops with the error:
